Smoky Grilled Corn Salsa

Salsa and chips are one of my all-time favorite snacks.  I'm constantly trying out new version with fun twists. This recipe from Taste of Home features corn, and since it's in season right now, I couldn't wait to give it a try.

It takes just a few minutes to prep all the vegetables but then you can sit back and relax while they grill.  A nice adult beverage, a good book, and about 15 minutes later, everything just needs a quick chop.

I combined the remaining ingredients in a jar that had a screw on lid and just shook it to combine.  I am not a fan of cilantro, so I used parsley instead.

Thanks so much to Alicia D. for sharing her recipe.  Be sure to go and check out what the other bloggers are making for #FarmersMarketWeek by clicking the links down below the recipe.

authorHello, my name is Cherine, but you can call me "Chicho" :) I am Lebanese and I live in Paris. Welcome to my internet kitchen, grab a cup of coffee, a macaron and get comfy! This blog is my recipe journal. It's where I write about the recipes that intersect my everyday life. Often the recipes are from my cookbook collection, my magazines, my favorite blogs... sometimes not, they might come from my mother, a friend, a neighbour... or I might write about a recipe I invented myself.
